According to previous reports, Trail Blazers coach Billups, Heat player Rozier, and former NBA player Damon Jones were arrested by the FBI for participating in illegal gambling.

Buckley in "Inside the "NBA" program said: "This has nothing to do with addiction. These guys are just stupid. Why do you call them stupid? Because you can't manipulate basketball games anyway.
