Recently, Rockets center Steve Adams connected to the blog show of 76ers forward Paul George. In the

program, Paul George said that Adams tried to make himself bleed by scratching his face thinking that the team had obtained additional timeouts.

Adams replied on the phone: "I wanted to hit my nose because I knew it would shed more blood, but the coach looked at me with a strange look and said to me 'Don't do it'. So I could only scratch myself, but unfortunately I didn't have nails, and it didn't work."

Paul George and Adams were teammates for two years during the Thunder.
