Talking about focusing on the offseason, Hax said: "It's just going back to watch some game videos. Thinking back on what allowed me to get the chance to play and what made me get to where I am now. While leveraging my own advantages, I focused on polishing my shooting and defensive skills, and then integrating these (abilities) to form a more comprehensive whole."

Last season's regular season, Hax averaged 8.6 points, 4.4 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game, with a three-point shooting percentage of 31.1%.
