Pierce: If James wants to have a lot of the ball and be the core of the offense, he should come off the bench.

Today, NBA legend Paul Pierce participated in Kevin Garnett's podcast "KG: Certified".
In the show, Pierce talked about Lakers forward LeBron James: "If you want all this (the Lakers system) to still work after James returns, then James must go to the bench. Only when he goes to the bench can everything operate in the ideal way."
Pierce also added: "James' influence on the court is too great. As long as he is on the court, he will occupy a lot of the ball, and he must also play a core role in the offense, which will weaken the team's existing system and rhythm."
Currently, the Lakers rank second in the Western Conference with a record of 7 wins and 2 losses.
