Italian fashion designer and founder of luxury brand Armani, Giorgio Armani, passed away today at the age of 91. Real Madrid officially issued a message to mourn Armani.

Real Madrid Football Club, its chairman and board of directors expressed deep regret for the death of George Armani. George Armani has been the owner of Milan's Olympia Basketball Club since 2008 and is one of the most important and representative figures in the history of the fashion industry.

Real Madrid hopes to extend condolences and care to George Armani's family, all relatives and friends, the club he owns and all his fans.

Under the leadership of the Italian club owner, Olympia Milan won 6 league titles, 4 cup championships and 5 Italian Super Cup championships.
