According to TA, Rome negotiates a transfer between Leon Pele with Villa.

Bailey, 28, renewed his contract with Villa in February 2024, with the contract term to 2027. He is currently one of several players who have been allowed to leave the team.

Several clubs in Turkey and Saudi Arabia are also interested in Pele, but Roma is gradually becoming the strongest contender, after Bailey negotiated a possible Saudi transfer in the early stages of this summer's transfer window.

No formal offer has been made yet, but negotiations between Villa and Rome are still continuing.

If the transfer is in line, Pele will become Roma's seventh signing this summer.
