Recently, Lakers forward James was a guest on his wife Savannah's podcast "Everybody 's Crazy".

Talking about the impact of his growing up experience on his financial management, James said: "I came from a low-rent housing area in Akron, Ohio, and I had nothing. It made it difficult for me to take risks sometimes, because if that happened, everything could fall apart and everything would be over. Then I would be in pain. It would be crazy. I swear, I really can't start over. It's not possible for any of us sitting here to start over. I can't go back to the starting point and get that $200." James said.
