Italian Sky Sports reported that Naples coach Conte was very close to staying at the office and was waiting for the club's official announcement.

Italian media said that Napoli head coach Conte is increasingly inclined to stay in the team. After receiving the club's assurance, Conte decided to continue coaching Naples, despite having had previous contacts with Juventus.

Conte just led Naples to win the Serie A title, the fourth league title in club history. Although Conte recently met with senior Juventus executives, he and Naples hope to continue to work together.
