Shams reported that George suffered a knee injury during a recent training session and had successfully undergone left knee arthroscopy on Monday local time.

George only played 41 games due to injury last season. In the six seasons after leaving the Thunder, George played 74 games in only 23-24 seasons, and did not exceed 60 games in other seasons, namely:

20-21 season 54 games

21-22 season 31 games

22-23 season 56 games

24-25 season 41 games
